(a) whether the SC/ST Association of the Railways has been extended the same facilities as are available to trade unions;  (b) if so, the details thereof; and  (c) if not, the reasons therefor? MUNIYAPPA)  (a) to (c): All India SC/ST Railway Employees Associationi being a welfare association is given all facilities as available to other welfare associations like OBC Association. Their activities and goals are different from trade unions.
