(a) whether some complaints have been received for not extending assistance to the kith and kin of women in the event of their sudden deaths while undergoing tubectomy under Family Welfare Programme; and  (b) if so, the details thereof? ANSWER THE MINISTER OF HEALTH & FAMILY WELFARE (SHRI GHULAM NABI AZAD)  (a): No specific complaints have been received about no extending assistance to women in the event of their sudden deaths while undergoing Tubectomy operations under National Family Planning Insurance Scheme.  (b): In view of (a) above, question does not arise.
