Arjun Ram Meghwal born to Shrimati Hira Devi and Shri Lakhu Ram Meghwal on December 20, 1953 in a tiny village- Kishmidesar, situated in Thar Desert of Bikaner, Rajasthan is the foreword of introduction of Union Minister of State, Ministry of Finance; and Ministry of Corporate Affairs, Government of India.

His early parenting shaped his childhood by his God fearing parents, weavers by profession, very well.

- Married to Smt. Pana Devi.

A Student - Education & Qualifications

Rest is the narrative of happenings through the years. Received school education from government schools and acquired degrees from Dungar College, Bikaner and University of Philippine, Philippines.

Professional Life

An IAS (Retired). He entered the administrative services and gave up as an IAS, serving as District Magistrate (Collector) in Government of Rajasthan.
